Tours & Classes

Distillery Tours & Tastings

Distillery tours are available by reservation only Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 3 and 5 p.m.

Take a tour of our distillery and find out how we make our award winning spirits!  You'll start in the distillery, where you'll learn about the equipment and how we get from grain in a bag to whiskey in a barrel.  From there you'll visit our barrel room, which is where the real magic happens (and it also smells heavenly).  Your tour ends in our distillery tasting room with a guided tasting flight of our spirits.  Expect the experience to last about an hour and a half.

PLEASE NOTE:  Distillery tours are at the distillery, 7505 Mallard Way, not at the Downtown Tasting Room.

Gin Blending Experience 

Stephen Julander, our Head Distiller, will guide you through how Wheeler's Gin is made and introduce you to the botanical fractions that make up Wheeler's Gin.  You'll then be able to work hands on with your own set of fractions to create a version of Wheeler's Gin that is as unique as you!

Tickets are $120.00 each and include a bottle of your own blend to take home with you.  You will also receive a 20% discount on any additional bottles of your blend you wish to purchase during the class.

Mix A Craft Cocktail With Us! 

This course is open to anyone who would like to learn about spirits and the basics of cocktail making! During the course you will learn about Santa Fe Spirits and what we make here at the distillery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You will then learn how to make a few cocktails and hear about their history while you sip!
